These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Parq Casino facilities, services, and the website located at 39 Smithe Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 0R3, Canada. By entering the property, using any services, or accessing the website at https://www.parqcasino.com, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Parq Casino premises or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms of Use, you must not enter the property or use any services.

These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, guests, and users of the casino floor, hotel accommodations, dining and bar facilities, parking services, and digital platforms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1. Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 19 years of age to enter the casino gaming floor at Parq Casino. This requirement is mandated by British Columbia provincial law and is strictly enforced.

2.2. Identification Verification

If you appear to be under 30 years of age, staff will request government-issued identification before granting access to gaming areas. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid driver’s licence or other official photo identification issued by a government authority.

Failure to provide valid identification upon request will result in denial of entry to restricted areas.

3. Use of Property and Facilities

3.1. Conduct Standards

All guests must conduct themselves in a lawful and respectful manner while on Parq Casino property. The company reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the premises, any individual who:

• Violates provincial or federal law
• Engages in disruptive, threatening, or abusive behaviour
• Appears intoxicated or impaired
• Fails to comply with staff instructions
• Violates these Terms of Use or posted property rules

3.2. Gaming Floor Rules

Access to gaming areas is restricted to individuals who meet applicable age requirements. Gaming activities are subject to the rules and regulations established by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) and provincial gaming authorities.

The company may limit, suspend, or terminate gaming privileges at its sole discretion.

3.3. Surveillance and Security

Video surveillance is in operation throughout Parq Casino property for security purposes, theft or damage investigations, and regulatory compliance. By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded.

Surveillance footage may be used in investigations and may be shared with law enforcement or disclosed to regulatory authorities as required by law.

4. Parking and Vehicle Registration

4.1. Parking Rates and Access

Self-parking and valet parking services are available on the property. Parking rates vary based on time of day, day of week, and event schedules at nearby venues including BC Place and Rogers Arena.

Published parking rates are subject to adjustment due to demand. Current rates are posted on the Parking & Transport page and at parking entry points.

4.2. Vehicle Registration for Complimentary Parking

Guests who earn a minimum of 15 points through gaming activity may qualify for complimentary parking. To activate this benefit, you must register your vehicle licence plate number with Guest Services on Level 2.

The company reserves the right to modify or discontinue complimentary parking programs at any time without prior notice.

4.3. Liability and Vehicle Security

Parq Casino is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss to vehicles or their contents while parked on the property. Guests park at their own risk.

5. Hotel Services

Hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm (noon). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Hotel guests must comply with all posted hotel policies and respect the rights of other guests to quiet enjoyment of the premises.

6. Privacy and Personal Information

6.1. Collection and Use of Personal Information

Parq Casino collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in accordance with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Categories of personal information that may be collected include:

• Names and contact details
• Phone numbers
• Licence plate numbers
• Images captured via photo and video surveillance
• Information related to services provided, including food, beverage, and hotel folio details
